Description
200 m² + loft 40 m², 3 bedrooms+loft, 12 persons
Karhunkämmen is a single villa in the area of North-West Himos (Luoteis-Himos).
It is built right beneath the North-Himos slopes, the cross country skiing tracks are only short way from the cottage.
In the summer time the hiking paths start from the corner of the house.
This villa is decorated in a modern manner, large windows give a view to the lake Patalahti.
Interior is bright and the villa is well suited for business clients as well as families.
The villa has 3 floors.
In the entrance floor is kitchen and spacious living room, and 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms have bathtub and access to terrace.
Loft with 5 single beds.
Sauna and sitting room with tv and fireplace are located downstairs, as well as1 bedroom.

Outdoor jacuzzi:
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.
Equipment:
Blankets and pillows, cleaning utensils, TV, DVD, electric heating, fireplace, storage for fire woods, sauna + shower + toilet, washing machine,
airing cupboard for skiing clothes, air source heat pump, gas grill.
Good to know:
Accomodation price doesn't include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 199 € will be charged with reservation.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
